To encourage and promote physical fitness and health, Central State hospital opened the James W. Mimbs Employee Wellness Center on February 14, 2005

Non-work times only
Membership is free and limited to Central State Hospital Employees Only.
There is a one time fee of $20.00 for the access card.  Make checks payable to CSH Foundation.

There is a full array of cardio and resistance equipment.

All interested employees must sign a Waiver of Responsibility and register for an access card at the
Occupational Health and Injury Service office (OHIS)
located on the 1st floor in the Yarbrough Building.
