Infection Control Committee:  The CSH Infection Control Committee is chaired by Theresa Courtney, M.D. This committee meets monthly to review surveillance data and current recommendations published by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The committee also reviews infection control policies and procedures and submits recommended additions/revisions to the Medical Executive Committee.
